The ‘Sea Siren’ Whistle Necklace is the smallest yet loudest of our seashell wind instrument collection.
Customers may choose either a fossilized Florida Clam Shell or Irish Limpet Shell that is both an attractive pendant and high pitched whistle. It is attached to a 28” adjustable nylon cord.
Use as a loud whistle in case of emergencies, for cheering for your favorite teams/performers, for calling pets, children and others.

Two holes drilled into a Muffin Shell (Rysotta Ovum) create a three (diatonic) note musical wind instrument. When played, the Muffin Shell Hoot closely imitates the call of a Great Horned Owl.
The Muffin Shell Hoot is available in small, medium and large, which corresponds to players hand size. This instrument is appropriate for players ten and older.

Each unique shell contains an octave and a half of diatonic notes, which is more than enough to play a wide variety of music.
The seashell flute was discovered, developed and crafted in 2003 by Michael Ryan, a musician with over fifty years of experience playing wind, string and percussion instruments.
